1. Beta software

Uchetka is currently in open beta. The service is provided as is and as available, without warranty of any kind. Features may change, break, or disappear during beta.

2. Open source

The source code is published on GitHub under the MIT License. You may clone, fork, modify, and self-host it freely.

3. Your account and data

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for keeping your account credentials safe. You can delete your account and data at any time by contacting us.

4. Acceptable use

Don’t use the service to do anything illegal, abuse the infrastructure, or attempt to access other users’ data.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time during beta, with or without notice, especially in cases of abuse.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of data, lost profit, or other damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes

These terms may change. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date.
