1. What we collect
When you create an account, we store:
- Your email address and a hashed password (via Better Auth)
- Application data you create yourself: students, lessons, transactions, settings
We don’t collect tracking analytics or build advertising profiles.
2. Where data is stored
Application data is stored in a PostgreSQL database. If you self-host Uchetka, the data lives on your own server and we never see it.
For the hosted beta, data is stored on infrastructure controlled by the project owner.
3. Third parties
The landing page loads the Onest typeface from Google Fonts. Google may receive your IP address when the font file is fetched. We don’t use third-party analytics or trackers.
4. Cookies
We use a session cookie for authentication and a preference cookie for the light/dark theme. No tracking cookies.
5. Your rights
You can request export or deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting us. We will respond within a reasonable time.
6. Children
Uchetka is not intended for use by children under 16.
7. Changes
This policy may change. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date.
